Chapter 3 -- Fate or Faith -- The Great Battle Between the Thirteen Realms of Arthen: The Power of Three

Fate or Faith

A tiny, crippled man wobbled up to the bony cage.  He lifted his wooden L shaped cane and pointed with the end in the middle of the forehead of Oliver.  It was a gateway to releasing his entire spiritual self.  In the presence of Oliver was a spectrum of energy.  It looked like the power was morphing itself in a human form.

Oliver didn’t summon this realm.  This energy spectrum transported the two to its realm.  He couldn’t speak his own tongue in front of the tiny, crippled man.  There was the energy spectrum zapped Oliver with some kind of surging power.  Oliver noticed his hands were a power source.  The energy spectrum pointed out Oliver to climb the center mountain.  It used sign language by dictating pictures to Oliver.

Oliver didn’t know the story behind climbing that centered mountain.  He started his journey in that direction.  There weren’t any sun or clouds in the sky.  It somehow stayed light.  Time seemed it wasn’t relevant in this unknown realm.  He needed to think about this test.  He meditated by sitting cross legged and closed his eyes.

Inside his head voices echoed briefly.  Still, he couldn’t make out the words.  Without attempting to concertante harder.  There was a heavy loud voice that thundered with lightning in the background.

“WHY ARE YOU HERE!”

It kept a repetitive on that phrase in his head.  Tears started creeping down his eyes.  From doubting his ability to succeed in this task.  Then suddenly the words phased out of his mind.  He opened his eyes.  He didn’t understand how he appeared on the top of the mountain.  The spectrum spoke in clear language so that Oliver could understand him.

“You had to realize that it’s not your fault but try was the answer.”

He pointed to the spiral staircase in the sky.  He zapped himself into the heavenly skies.  Oliver started up the spiral staircase.  He still didn’t understand this world.  He learned faults were accepted through everyday life.  His eyes became watery from the climb.  It felt like the passageway to the golden gates.

This was the purgative realm.  It would cleanse the soul of Oliver before he could enter the golden gates of pearls.  There was fog near the ankles of the different souls waiting for their judgment.  Oliver tried to see when the gates opened, but a super bright light was shining.  It allowed one soul at a time to enter.  Oliver felt this was the superior end to his adventure, but instead of sticking around he saw the ledge.  It was his escapism from this wonderful spectacular adventure.  He hurled his body off the ledge.

His life force started returning to his physicality.  The energy spectrum slowly transitioned into that little old shaman with the cane.  He waddled on a limp leg.  He demanded Oliver explain his experience from the entrance of his magical cane.  The mighty warrior fully explained his whole experience in the spiritual realm.

The little old shaman placed several different sizes of bones in the right palm of Oliver.  He ordered Oliver to shake them in his palms and tossed them onto the floor.  Oliver did as was told.  There were two medium sized bones near the circle.  His fortune was that a child would kill him.

“I’d deal with it when the time comes.”

Oliver became free from the bony cage.  The shaman handed him a gemstone that was turquoise.  He explained to Oliver to give his oldest child this gemstone when the time was right.  Oliver shrugged his shoulders and placed the jewel in his satchel.  The shaman gave up a piece of a metallic shard.  It had two other pieces missing.

The tiny old wobble shaman released the shackles on Oliver.  Since Oliver couldn’t understand the tiny people.  The head chief escorted him to exit of their camp.  Oliver extended his right arm.  The shaman pushed through the crowd to shake his hand.  He recalled to himself that he had two more trials.

He had to climb huge stone steps.  Something enormous must have been waiting at the top of this place at the end.  The sun beat down the humid heat.  Oliver didn’t hesitate to cook lunch.  He was given some rations of food from the tiny warriors below these stone steps.  Afterwards he finished eating partial of rations.  He doused the fire and put up his tent for some shade from the sun to rest for a little while.

The sunset in the west it was time for Oliver to start back again on climbing.  He pulled himself up.  His body was well rested.  He took a four-hour nap.  A shooting star caught his eye.  It left a trail of the four prophecies from the Light Realm.  He didn’t know the meaning of his sight on the four prophecies of the Light Realm.

He would deal with it at another time.  He still had a couple of more days’ worth of climbing.  More stars sparkled in the sky.  In the eastern horizon was two full moons one behind the other.  Oliver stopped for the night and made camp.  He ate another half of rations.  He smoked his pipe and watched the night sky.  It was clear.

The first light woke him up from his sleep.  He packed up his camp.  To his glance was an enormous door frame built out of stone.  He needed to get a closer look.  To his calculations it would take him a full day of climbing.

Midmorning was upon Oliver.  He formed a campfire and prepared more of his rations for a snack.  He could almost see the top of this pyramid of stoned steps.  He rested for four hours then he would start again.

Oliver finally made it to the top of the stoned steps that formed a pyramid.  He saw two massive footprints that belonged to an Enunch.  It has three claws as fingers.  An Enunch has only one eye to view its prey.  It has four claws at its feet.  Oliver had to think of how he was going to survive this hideous monster.

Its back was a superior thick shell.  It had two horns stuck out by its ears.  Oliver creeped in the Enunch’s home.  He stayed in the shadows underneath some shaped edge slabs of rocks.  This task on killing a legendary beast was going to take some time.  He needed to study for a weakness in this wild animal.

Its scent of smell wasn’t that good.  Oliver searched for something flammable to set fire to this enormous house.  He searched for some kindle in this part of the house.  He watched the giant animal move from one room to another.  He saw another room with a cushion chair that was massive.

He spotted a small hole near the floor.  Inside it had a three-eyed mouse.  Oliver slaughtered the large mouse.  He smelled the blood and it was flammable somehow.  He dragged the carcass of the rodent to its home.  He used all the blood to start a fire through the two rooms.

There were more mice running free.  Oliver went through a slaughter of rodents.  He smeared more blood on the wall panel near the floor.  There were a total of thirteen adult mice and twenty-six children.  It took him almost four days of killing the thirty-nine mice.  Since he had so much blood, he was setting a trap for the Enunch in the kitchen.

The enormous Enunch entered the kitchen to prepare him for something to eat.  Oliver ignited the flammable blood.  It surrounded the Enunch.  There were carcasses of mice all throughout the floor.  The monster Enunch attempted to stomp out the fire.  But it spread on his clothes he started tearing off his pants because they were burning.

The fire became a major bonfire by burning the floor.  It spread like wildfire.  The Enunch was trapped in the middle of the ring of fire.  It climbed the doorframes and countertops.  Oliver used his sword on cutting the Achilles of the Enunch’s legs.  It collapsed to the floor in agony from the slits of its Achilles heel.  Oliver ran to the door frame of the living room.  The fire barely burned him.

He crawled on his belly between the front door and metal screen door.  He noticed further in front of him was a ledge.  It had a twin waterfall falling to the normalized realm.  Oliver dived in the middle of the running water lagoon.  Something odd was shiny that caught his eye.

He hurled his full body out of the blue lagoon.  He didn’t look back from the obstruction with the giant Enunch.  To his amazement was the second piece to an object.  He combined the two pieces.  Still Oliver didn’t have an idea of his fourth task.  He saw an enchantment cave that he would have to crawl on his belly to enter it.

He had to wiggle his body through the enchantment entrance.  There were four statues that recognized knighthood but the writing on the nameplate was scratched off it.  He didn’t recall their names of which realm.

“Green Knight of Judas.  Blue Knight Ryan.  Salmon Knight of Paul.  Black Knight of Saul.”

He wasn’t sure if these statues stated the future or what.  He shrugged his shoulders and lit a torch to view more in this chamber.  His vision was captured by a large wall mirror.  It didn’t display his reflection.  He slowly extended his left palm out to it.  When his left palm touched it there were ripples in it.  He took some deep breaths and decided to enter it.

He placed his left arm by his side.  Then he pressed onward by stepping through the large wall mirror.  There was an old former knight.  He kept guard of an old chalice cup.  He didn’t draw his sword.  Instead, he waited for someone to enter this treasury room.  He guided Oliver over to a series of cups.  There were eight different sizes, and they were decorated with jewels and gemstones.

Oliver didn’t understand the reasoning behind choosing the old chalice cup.  The Immortalization Knight explained that for him to fulfill his destiny was passing on the cup.  Oliver didn’t recognize the knight.  Then he asked another question about how long the knight has been standing guard.

“A thousand years from now.”

Oliver chose a dingy rustic cup.  He filled it with some water from the water fountain.  There he took a drink of the water.  Nothing bad happened to him.  The former knight applauded that Oliver chose correctly.  He dissolved into ash.  Oliver waited for something out of the ordinary to happen.

In the center of the treasury room an altar rose with a third part.  Oliver handled it with care.  He combined the other two pieces with the third.  It turned out to be a medium sized key.  He searched in the room for an opening.  There was a slit next to a hierographic tree and an apple.  He inserted the mythical key.  The platform that Oliver was standing on started to ascend.  He wasn’t scared of the outcome.

At the top within shadows over the platform stood five elders of the third Vanikas clan.  The middle one started speaking for who was in front of them.  Oliver hesitated for a second to answer his question.  Suddenly they raised their arms and spread their palms, forcing Oliver to his knees.  Without questioning he activated his full body armor.  It embraced the spell.  He rose to his feet.

He moved with fierce pressure from their enchantment spell power.  Without halting his movement, he ascended to his feet without stopping.  It hurled the five elders back on their bottoms.  His mutation was fully complete into a gargoyle.  He was a furry one.  The five elders changed onto their knees.  The other Vanikas instantly with to their knees from their view of this almighty creature.

His wingspan started twirling up some dust from flapping.  He demanded to know more about this transformation.  The tallest elder rose to his feet.  He guided with his left arm for Oliver to follow.  He directed them to a tent with a floor medium sized crystal ball on an inner table.

The fur gargoyles were at war with the thick skin gargoyles for centuries upon centuries.  Oliver learned there where other realms upon the sanctified tree of life.  It needed the four ancient artifacts of the different realms.  There was on in the Fire and Brimstone Realm.  It was protected by the Grandfather Megladon.  He was brutal on fierce fighting him.

It had to be done in his mutation of true destiny.  Oliver demanded their mystical enchantment stoned key.  The tallest elder told Oliver to choose either fate or faith on this decision.  Fate would be going blind in choosing which stoned key was real.  Faith would be choosing with spiritual powers.

He closed his eyes and vividly saw the true enchanted stoned key.  He viewed his mental strength and extended his right hand.  He kept the eyes closed and used his stratosphere on picking the true key in the upper right corner.  The elders were amazed by his true powers evolved so quickly since he landed in Fire and Brimstone.

He finally had all three ancient, stoned keys from the three Vanikas clans.  He traveled on his Garlizard back to the sinkhole.  He placed all three keys in three locks.  Then turned them one at a time.  The chains broke their mythical bondage spell on King Mage.  The king transformed from a Megladon to a man.  He opened a travel warp zone.  It was taking them to HiLo the capital city.  He pulled his cape over his own face.
“Now we need to look for Redath.”

Oliver led them to an alley to hide from the guards.  He didn’t want the people to realize that their king was free.

They were in the thirteenth district of HiLo.  It was filled with slum apartments and low-income commercial businesses.  Oliver kept a low profile by hiding his face with his cape cloak.  He heard whispers that Redath was in the industrial zone of the thirteenth district.  Oliver would slowly travel on foot to the industrial zone.

There were warehouses on both sides of the road in the industrial zone.  Oliver waited in the shadows between two warehouses.  He needed some more information on the whereabouts of Redath.  He sat cross legged and meditated until nightfall.  He heard pounding feet on the roofs of the warehouses across the intersection of the road and railroad.

He crept as the moonlight sky was the only source along with streetlamps.  He peeked on a trashcan through the window.  There were several people in a dimmed light.  There was a man on a wooden stage prepping up the crowd.  Oliver climbed a drainage pipe to the roof.  He tried the canopy window on the ceiling.  It was unlocked.  He didn’t make any noise but stayed in the back of the crowd.

The speaker was rallying over justice and taking back their homes along with paying less taxes.  Oliver joined in with the crowd so he wouldn’t give a negative at the rally for a revolution.  This went on for about two hours in this warehouse.  Then the crowd dispersed into the speaker cleaning and packing up the stage.  Oliver kindly went up to the speaker.  He wanted to know the whereabouts of Redath.  The speaker explained that Redath was within the people.

“King Mage sent me to search for Redath if that’s prove enough.”

The speaker still had his doubts about this individual.  Then he called himself Lorde.  He waited for Oliver to reply with his name.  “The name was Oliver.”  He wanted the truth from Lorde.  He dropped a piece of a flyer with the next rally for the revolution.  It was just a date of two weeks from tonight.

Oliver folded up the flyer.  He left through the backway of the warehouse.  He needed to get back to King Mage.  Maybe the king had a better idea on the meaning of this date.  It was a two-hour travel without alerting the curfew guards.  The curfew started at ten o’clock at night.  The time was midnight for the traveling.  Oliver finally made it back to the alley and a spare room.

King Mage spoke softly on the definition that Redath was around everyone in HiLo.  He spoke generously about Redath giving hope to the people.  He still declared that Redath was hiding his identity.  He demanded that Oliver go to the rally in two weeks from yesterday.

He kept watch at the window.  He asked the king about the curfew.  King Mage came up with the solution that it was to snuff out the revolutionists against the Queen Zonla.  Oliver pleaded with King Mage to come out of hiding.  The king shook his head and replied that it wasn’t the right time just yet.

He saw Lorde leading some rioters against some of the guards.  They were protesting on better wages and food for this part of the district.  King Mage ordered Oliver to fetch Lorde.  He wanted to chitchat with him.  Oliver escaped into the protesters.  He yanked on the arm of Lorde.  That was when he recognized Oliver, he silently asked for King Mage.  The king was present in front of Lorde.

Lorde bowed to the king.  Then he answered by identifying the need from majesty.  He stated that Redath would be at the cathedral in the bell tower.  He even explained that Redath had been waiting for the return of the true ruler.  There Lorde escaped out the door without hesitation in the crowd.

The time was three o’clock in the morning.  King Mage and Oliver stayed in the shadows as they traveled to the cathedral.  King Mage knocked three times quickly.  The pastor opened the door.  He bowed to the king.  He directed them to a secret door with steps leading up to the bell tower.  The arrangement of this meeting would pursue more to the revolutionist.

In the corner of the bell tower stood a man in all black.  He had a goatee of red hair.  He didn’t bow to King Mage.  He did greet the king by kissing his wrist.  The king acknowledged Redath as Prince Redath.  Oliver didn’t see that coming.  The king and prince sat across from one another.  The prince poured some tea.  Oliver sat at the end of the table.

Redath discussed that this district was safe from the queen’s attacks.  She has been locking up the lieutenants in the other districts.  The king asked if they were in prison in the middle of a boiling volcano.  Redath nodded to the question.

King Mage wanted some more information on whether the queen knew about the ancient artifact.  Redath answered one of the two questions.  He still didn’t know more details about the ancient artifact.  The king ordered Oliver to check the window to see if it was clear.  Oliver nodded and replied that they needed to return before more people recognized his sire.

The king and Oliver left the cathedral before more people were on the streets.  The king treated Oliver to breakfast at a diner on the corner of the block.  He opened the diner’s front door.  He sat at the bar along with Oliver.  He ordered poached eggs and bacon along with sausage links.  Oliver ordered pancakes with sausage links and some chocolate milk.  The king ordered some chocolate milk just as well.

Oliver saw in the mirror some people entering a sewer manhole.  He paid for their meal at the diner.  There the king answered that he would go back to their hiding spot.  Oliver suggested that he needed to check out something before he returned.  He climbed down some steps.

There was a small stream flowing.  Oliver followed the stream up north.  There were small emergency lights near the ceiling.  It stunk like rotten eggs.  Oliver covered his nose and mouth.  He bumped into another ladder.  He didn’t know how long he was traveling in the sewer.  He climbed the ladder for a peek.

He passed the checkpoint to the slums.  Oliver spotted some guards in towers.  Then some woman yanked on the arm of Oliver.  She quietly whispered that they had to go to her apartment.  She hid the warrior from the guards patrolling the middle class.  Her apartment was two blocks away.

She hid Oliver from the guards.  She had to pretend to be in a relationship with him by kissing him so her face would hide his.  Guards were looking for any revolutionist in their district.  She finally opened the door and dragged him in quickly.  She shut the windows in her apartment.

“Was Redath safe?”

She asked a stern question.  Then Oliver stopped her from raising her heartbeat.  He calmed her down from the anxiety of not knowing certain things.  He answered her questions in a calm manner.  He asked her a few questions for knowledge.  He needed to know how she knew Redath.  He also needed to know what Redath to her was.

She pointed out in a photograph the two were an item.  Zeb was her name.  Oliver smiled and introduced himself to her.  He didn’t know the name of this district.  Zeb replied with a glee smile as a middle-class section of district thirteen.  She gave him her access pass.  He now had some type of access to some security access.

Oliver slid the access pass on a keychain.  He inserted the pass into an interlock mechanism in an office.  Oliver searched the file cabinet for some information on the middle-class officers.  Several officers were tied to depositing money into an unknown account.  The name that struck out was R. M. on the accounts.  Oliver tied these officers to being undercover for the revolution caused.

Oliver slipped out of the office.  He took the stairs instead of the open entries.  His escape wasn’t noticed by the security guards.  He made his way back to Zeb’s apartment.  It was by some merchant shops.

Oliver demanded some answers about certain guards for the revolution.  Zeb was explaining that everybody wanted change from Queen Zonla.  She went into detail that the queen would torture the prisoners for the whereabouts of Redath.  There she pointed to Traven in the dark alleyway.  Oliver would go and check it out later tonight.

The evening came with the three suns setting in the west.  Oliver waited for the streetlamps to turn on before making his way to the Ziploop Alley.  He paid at the door for entry.  In the corner booth were some royal guardsmen.  He introduced himself and bought a round of drinks for the men and women.

The men and women were abruptly drunk from all the drinking.  Some of them slipped up and spoke about the revolutionist in HiLo.  Some even spoke about betraying the royal guardsmen.  Oliver wanted some information on going undercover as a royal guardsman.  Two of them explained as they slurred their speech about the royal tower near the elitist citizens section of district thirteen.

He left with the group of the guardsmen and women from the Traven in the dark alleyway.  There he split from the group and dragged his feet into the apartment of Zeb.  He slept on the couch.  Zeb turned on a lamp.  She wanted to know what Oliver found out from his outing.  He answered her that Ziploop Alley was filled with traitors to the queen.

They initially mentioned going to the tower near the checkpoint of the elitists section.  Oliver shook off the hangover from drinking last night.  He was allowed to enter the tower by sneaking in as a guardsman.  He put on the uniform and was able to enter the elitist section of district thirteen.

He stayed in the royal flower gardens.  To his vision was the queen.  She stood on her balcony that overlooked the elitist section of district thirteen.  Oliver climbed to a metal station near the royal palace.  Guards were in overlooked towers.  Each one rotated between fifteen minutes.

The queen transformed into a flying Megladon.  She hovered towards the Mountain in the great northern part of Fire and Brimstone.  Oliver mutated into his gargoyle form.  He flapped his mighty wings and soared in the direction with that Megladon.  Behind him was another massive Megladon that caused heavy turbulence for Oliver.

Queen Zonla blew fire to King Mage.  Between the two Megladons there were scratches from their huge claws.  Oliver started losing their trail from the disturbance.  King Mage forced the back of Queen Zonla in some mountain ridge.

Then one Megladon took a bite at the neck of the other.  A shriek of a holler echoed throughout the steep northern mountain ridge.  The fallen ash from the non-stop volcano.  From a distance Oliver soared as he watched the two monsters attack each other.  The swat at the Megladon that took the bite left a scratch on the left side of the face.

There was a large, stone pillar door.  Queen Zonla darted through the large, stoned pillar door.  King Mage followed her.  Oliver was behind the two majesties.  His mutation was gaining purity power.  King Mage was bleeding from the bite mark.  Queen Zonla had a scratch mark on her left cheek.

She unsheathed a dagger.  She stabbed the purify force around the Heavenly Necklace.  It shattered the dagger.  King Mage watched from a distance.  He shouted that it wasn’t for her.  Outside the pillar door arrived Oliver.  He entered the feeling of extreme power through his entire body.

The power reduced the intention of the gargoyle power back into his human form.  His sword glowed with intensity power.  The two majesties waited for Oliver to enter the royal chamber hall.  Queen Zonla gestured for this nonroyal to try.  He finally made his presence clear as he stood in front of the golden orb.

Oliver stabbed his sword through the electric orb.  The power suppressed into four waves.  Then it engulfed into a massive statue of the grandfather of Megladons.  Its spitted fire balls attempting to hit Oliver.  He transformed his armor all over his body.  There it spewed fire on both sides.

The protection of the Heavenly Necklace magically appeared around the neck of Oliver.  It gave him undeniable power.  His sword shot out an enchantment power source.  There it decapitated the grandfather of Megladons.  The queen stood in shock from the action.  King Mage requested for the former queen to wear BioHerdic shackles.  She was escorted to the deepest cave where there was no light.

There were three days that passed by from his battle with his older sister.  He bowed down and waited for the shamans crowned him.  He gave an ultimation to the followers of his sister to leave the city.  If they stayed the followers would be in prison for the treachery to his majesty.

Oliver entered the realm rock clover.  He tapped the nine buttons.  The whirlpool opened in the mirror.  There Oliver stepped through it.  It cleansed his soul as he stepped through the mirror into the Light realm.

There was a circular of different functions for the thirteen realms.  Oliver made his journey back to Mount Saint Martha.  He wanted to bring his treasure back to Stelliaca.

She was on her throne waiting for Oliver.  He opened the jewel box.  An afterglow enlightened her dazzled smile.  He wanted some more information on the realm where the Golden Stone resided in.

Grandmaster Sorceress Stelliaca gave the information to Oliver about the lone island of Hydao.  He would have to travel over the Pacific Ocean to the great island of Hydao.  There was only a mystery about that island.  It was surrounded by deadly falls.  Only the dead were welcome to the island of Hydao.

He needed to travel west.  It would last thirteen days of riding.  The only rest of the trip would have to be in a death stagecoach.  The border of the living would leave during the Plateau Desert.  Oliver must experience a mirage of the death gatekeepers.

Two totem statues of eagle heads would judge the living.  Their judgment would either allow that individual to return.  Oliver would be lucky on returning because his evil sins might keep him out.  Before he strolled up to their view he pleaded to forgive his evil sins.

The eagle heads twisted and spotted Oliver.  Their eyes followed every movement of Oliver.  Then a flash beam from their eyes highlighted Oliver.  The beam would kill the victim.  It was the only way to enter the Island of Hydao.  The corpse would be sent to the physical island.  The spirit would be sent to the falls.

Oliver appeared on a single rowboat.  He doesn’t remember how he arrived on this vessel.  He heard a roar of waterfalling down below.  He had to allow this action to play out.  Maybe his memory would come back afterwards.  The falls were nearby then his boat fell over.  His body washed up to a black sandy beach.  He was coughing up water for oxygen.

The sky never lit up with sun or starlight in it either.  There were shamans meditating for a single lifetime.  Oliver woke up and followed some standing torches marking a passageway.  His voice was nowhere to be heard.  He wasn’t granted speaking in these lands.  He had no idea how to communicate with the locals.

He sat at a dinner table with the locals.  His ears overheard their speech.  Still, he couldn’t reply with a vocal expression.  This would go on for three weeks at the dinner table.  Then at the head of the dinner table the host would announce their new guest was Oliver.  It opened the communication line for him.

The next dinner with the locals was open for the expression of Oliver.  The two headmen at the table waited for Oliver to speak.  He asked a frequent question.  His question was the name of this land.  No one spoke his answer.  Standing in the doorframe was a woman in silky green dress.  She spoke directly to Oliver.  No one acknowledge the woman.  She gestured with a single finger for Oliver to escort her.  He rose from the table.  Still, no one recognized that he was gone.

The woman addressed herself as Sorceress Li.  She foresaw his arrival at her kingdom.  She wanted to know his own reason for arriving.  His knowledge wasn’t up at speed.  She ordered him to sit on a mat across from her.  She commanded him to open his mind.

She relaxed by breathing and exhaling to count of five.  Then after her count she connected to the inner soul of Oliver.  He stood on a hillside and observed a great battle.  Sorceress Li stood next to him.  She saw the same great battle.  He recited the great battle between the Power of Three.  She commented about the fourth child that oversaw the Underworld.

She listened to Oliver explain that the three older children manipulated the youngest child, Kyoat.  The oldest child Oliver the Oracle could twist the mind of others.  The twin daughters Angelica and Atum over saw the Twelve Ancient Tribes and the Norrician Clan.  Sorceress Li dug her fingernails into the left wrist of Oliver.

He felt no pain from the attack of Sorceress Li.  He kept describing the event of Oliver the Oracle.  He would gain access to the Southern Empire.  The blood became absorb into the sorceress.  She was feeding off his powerful blood.  The children would become their own individuals at the age of sixteen.  Oliver and Grandmaster Sorceress Stelliaca would eventually become murdered by Oliver the Oracle.

Suddenly Oliver remembered from a flurry of flashbacks.  He was supposed to get the Golden Stone.  Sorceress Li displayed a holographic image of nine golden stones.  She kept explaining that eight were just replicas from the true version.  Oliver wanted to know where the middle of the Island of Hydao was located.

The center was a cylinder top that spewed out the death way back to the living.  It would be the final judgment of this island.  Rumors had a deadly serpent with three heads.  A battle of decapitating the three heads at once.  There was a deadly spear of Leo by the serpent.  Oliver broke free from the grip of Sorceress Li.

He interrupted the spiritual connection.  The other spirits kept eating and discussing unrelated topics.  Sorceress Li left some of her spiritual gasses behind for a trail.  Oliver stayed on the passageway.  He could foresee negative effects if you left the trail.  If you leave the trail, it will permanently change your body to stone.

There were five braziers being lit by souls.  In the center was the gateway to battle with the serpent.  Oliver hurled his body down into the crypt of the serpent.  There were all sorts of spears and swords from the dead.  There was a single spearhead sticking out from the ground.  When he gripped it there were sparks springing from the ground.

The serpent exited through its passageway.  Oliver recovered the Spear of Leo.  He sliced through the double wooden doors.  There was a labyrinth of passageways.  He still was searching for the obstacle to choosing between the nine golden stones.  The spear would light up in a golden color when it was pointed in a direction.

When there was a locked door, it would light up with a bluish color.  Oliver would have to slice the door. It would then allow him to enter.  Still, he didn’t have any idea where the nine golden stones would be located.  The next entry would give him four options.  To his ears there was water in one direction.

The death bodyguards suddenly appeared in front of Oliver.  They warned him not to enter this door unless he was prepared for the outcome.  He stomped the bottom of the spear to the ground.  He demanded for them move or feel his wrath.  The death bodyguards evaporated into thin air.  The double doors opened with a suction wave.  It wanted to face Oliver.  He stabbed his spear to halt the suction wave, but it didn’t work.  It still attempted to bring Oliver face to face the obstacle.

The obstacle was a rotation of the nine golden stones.  This was a trick task.  Or was it a hallucination of such.  He hurled his body on the rotation cylinder.  Nothing seemed to be what it seemed.
